Register: NEW ESD 101 Spokane Online Learning Workshop

The Digital Learning Commons in partnership with OSPI and NEWESD 101 will be hosting an all day Online Courses workshop on Monday, May 10, 2010. We will look at Online Courses with a focus on serving students within your district.

The day will consist of collaboration and discussion of how online courses are changing the shape of education here in Washington.

Although much of the work of the Digital Learning Commons was moved to OSPI, the DLC is still functioning in a limited capacity, including funding and hosting events like this. The conference will highlight select resources that are now available through the Digital Learning Department of OSPI.

If you are interested in presenting, please review our Call for Presenters.

About the Workshops

The group will look at how a district can use approved multi-district online providers to serve the students in their district. Workshops will consist of OSPI best practices presentations, user testimonials, group discussion, and a review of our new Model Online Learning Policy and Procedures. This workshop is for any school looking to create an effective online program to meet their students' needs.
