We have reserved a number of suites to accommodate you and your guest(s). Each suite includes a kitchen and other amenities. In order to confirm your participation in the T2T retreat, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements. Please note the following important information:

  • Guest Policy: We ask that you reserve a suite that will accommodate the number of people in your party.
  • Additional Fees: All phone, television, and room-service fees are your responsibility. (The hotel will bill the DLC directly for the room rate and taxes.)
  • Pet Policy: Pets are OK with a $75 non-refundable pet deposit, which is your responsibility (it will not be covered by the DLC).

Call 425.485.3030 and ask for Joann Ramsby (group code: DGL), or email Joann at seattlenesales@ih-corp.com. (NOTE: All reservations MUST go through Joann; the hotel is full and general reservation staff don't have access to the DLC room block.)

Getting Here

Driving

If you are within driving distance, we will reimburse you at a per-mile rate of .485 for travel to and from the retreat site and between hotel, retreat site, and dinner locations. Mileage should be documented using MapQuest, Google maps, Yahoo maps, or a similar program.

Flying

If you wish to fly to the retreat, the DLC will make flight arrangements for you, arriving Monday night for the welcome dinner and departing the evening of Thursday, June 28. We will also arrange for transportation to the site based on the needs of other participants. This may include renting a car, paying for shuttle/taxi, or picking you up at the airport. (Reminder: The DLC cannot cover the cost of your guest(s)' plane tickets.)

Train/Bus

If you wish to take a train or bus to the greater Seattle area, we will make arrangements for you, arriving Monday night for the welcome dinner and departing the evening of Thursday, June 28. We will also arrange for transportation to the site based on the needs of other participants. This may include renting a car, paying for taxi/shuttle, or picking you up at the airport. (Reminder: The DLC cannot cover the cost of your guest(s)' train/bus tickets.)
