Reservations

Reservations must be made by October 10. You can reserve your room in one of the following three ways:

• Call 800.456.4000; ask for Bothell, WA, location; and reference the DLC T2T block to get the discounted rate.
• Go to www.countryinns.com/bothellwa; select arrival and departure dates; click on More Search Options; then type in dlct2t (no spaces) in the promotional code box.
• Call the hotel directly at 425.485.5557 and reference the DLC T2T block.

Getting Here

Driving

If you are within driving distance, we will reimburse you at a per-mile rate of .485 for travel to and from the retreat site and between hotel, retreat site, and dinner locations. Mileage should be documented using MapQuest, Google maps, Yahoo maps, or a similar program.

Train/Bus

If you wish to take a train or bus to the greater Seattle area, we will make arrangements for you, arriving Monday night for the welcome dinner and departing the evening of Thursday, June 28. We will also arrange for transportation to the site based on the needs of other participants. This may include renting a car, paying for taxi/shuttle, or picking you up at the airport. (Reminder: The DLC cannot cover the cost of your guest(s)' train/bus tickets.)
