The DLC no longer offers this resource. Schools can purchase the Library Package from the Digital Learning Department or contact the vendor directly for reduced prices on individual resources.

SIRS databases can be searched or browsed by topic. You'll find articles from newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals. For help doing library research for a paper, including choolsing a topic, look under Research Tools below.

  • SIRS Researcher (high school): General reference, social issues, health, science, and business.
  • SIRS Renaissance (high school): Current perspectives on the arts and humanities.
  • SIRS Discoverer (K-8): General reference database for elementary and middle schools.
